PANAMA CITY BEACH, FLORIDA- According to the Panama City Beach Police, a man was reported dead upon jumping from the 14th floor of the hotel where his parachute didn’t function.

The occurrence was reported from the Sunrise Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, where the man of 20s had tried a fall from the resort.

The investigations relating to the case have begun by the Panama City Beach Police.

Reports say a 4-year-old boy and a 6-year-old were killed on Friday afternoon after a vehicle drove into the mini-golf course where they were playing with their parents.

The crash happened at the Coconut Creek Family Fun Park on Front Beach Road. The family was visiting from out of the state. As per the reports, Scott Donaldson careened from the westbound lanes of the road and struck the children.

Deputies said one of the children was pronounced dead at the scene and the other died at the hospital.

The crash is under investigation. Charges are pending.
