ORLANDO, FLORIDA- According to the Orlando Police Department, two of their police officers from the Orlando Police Department and another driver are seriously injured from a wrong-way crash.

The incident occurred on Princeton Street where the two parties collided with each other. The wrong-way accident was between John Young Parkway and Texas Avenue.

Princeton Street which was closed after the crash for about five hours was later re-opened at about 9.00 a.m.

All three injured; the two officers and the other driver were taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center. Their conditions are serious but reportedly not life-threatening.

According to the Orlando Police, the two officers are being treated for their injuries and are alert.

ORLANDO, FLORIDA: The Florida Highway Patrol said an early morning crash at John Young Parkway left two people dead.

The reports say the deadly crash happened around 3:15 a.m. at John Young Parkway and SR-408.

A 24-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman, who was driving Dodge Challenger south in the left lane, collided with a 22-year-old woman driving a Chevy Malibu north in the right lane while trying to make a turn.

Lt. Kim Montes said the Challenger overturned and caught fire after the Malibu struck the right side of the Challenger.

Troopers said the 27-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The 24-year-old man died later in hospital.

Records say the driver of the Malibu, the 27-year-old woman, suffered life-threatening injuries.

ORLANDO, FLORIDA: As per the Florida Highway Patrol, a 19-year-old teen, from Orlando in a fatal crash on Tuesday night.

Records say the incident happened in the southbound lanes of the turnpike near John Young Parkway. According to the troopers, the 19-year-old girl was pronounced dead at the scene.

The reports by the Florida Highway Patrol state, the teen was driving a Scion xB and a 41-year-old man, from St. Cloud, was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe. The St. Cloud man neglected to slow down and struck the rear of the 19-year-old ‘s vehicle.

The teen lost her life on the scene. However, the St. Cloud man was not harmed.

Troopers said the teen was wearing a seat belt. The FHP said charges are pending against the man. The crash is under investigation.
