MIAMI, FLORIDA- According to authorities, the 40-year-old Prentiss Madden was pressed with charges for the possession of child pornography and sexually abusing a dog.

The arrested Madden is currently held by Federal agents until he will be faced with a bond hearing, according to records. Information on his attorney or who could speak for him was not disclosed.

The accused was a medical director in a pet care facility called Caring hands family. Madden was reported to have been fried two weeks ago upon learning his unthinkable crimes, according to his colleagues in the hospital.

In the hospital statement that was made on Wednesday, they said, “Our legal team and every single member of the Caring hands family will be doing everything in our power to aid law enforcement and facilitate their investigation and prosecution.”

Madden faces charges against animal abuse and is considered pet cruelty and harming animals. With the current animal law signed by Donald Trump in 2019, Madden could even be punishable up to 7 years in prison.

The investigators also said that they noticed he had received more than 1600 of child pornography-related files under his name.

Upon a raid by the Homeland security officers, they discovered files relating to ‘Sexual abuse of animals and children.”

According to the criminal complaint, Maiden was reported to have sent chats admitting in detail to having sex with and abusing dogs.

Agent Liah Oritz also stated that they suspect Madden may be abusing animals entrusted to his care.

MIAMI, FLORIDA- On Friday, 22 years old Nikolas Cook of Stuart appeared in Federal Court and detained pending trials on charges of misusing only three years old girl to make images of child pornography then distributing them in an internet chat group.

Cook was also charges of having child pornography on his cell phone.

According to allegations, Cook was attending a social media chat room on September 10, 2020. While participating, he shared multiple pornographic images of three years old girl in a group chat. When the FBI learned the activity, they investigated, and within a few hours, they determine his address and arrest him. While searching his residence, FBI agents found a cell phone full of sexually explicit images and videos of young children being sexually abused.

Cook arraignment date is fixed for February 12.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA: The reports say a South Florida pediatrician has to remain away from children after his arrest on child pornography charges, during a bond hearing on Wednesday.

Judge Corey Amanda Cawthon set bond at $30,000 for Dr. Michael Mizrachy, 49. Mizrachy will be permitted supervised visitation with his two children.

On Tuesday, the Broward Sheriff’s Office arrested Mizrachy. As per the authorities, the office got a tip in June that he may be in possession of child pornography. The tipster also said the physician, who worked at West Broward Pediatrics, might actually be dispersing child porn.

The practice issued a statement on Wednesday, saying Mizrachy was terminated last year.

The statement said, “We are shocked and deeply disturbed by these accusations,”. “We have no evidence that any crimes were committed in the course of his professional duties. We have been in close communication with our patient families, referral sources, and others to reaffirm our absolute commitment to the health and well-being of our patients.”

Further, the statement added, “In addition to the initial video described in the tip, detectives located several photos depicting what appear to be young children in their bathing suits, underwear or shorts in which none of the children appear to be aware the photos were being taken,”

In October, detectives got a court order for Mizrachy’s home search in Parkland. Officials said Mizrachy used an application to chat with a kid who was 15 at that point, which additionally included sexually explicit photographs.

He was set up for prison on Tuesday evening and faces two counts of possession of sexual performance by a child and one count of computer pornography.

As a condition of his release from jail, Mizrachy surrendered his passport.

CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: According to the Clearwater Police, a 32-year-old man was arrested on 20 counts of possession of child pornography on Friday, December 18.

As per the reports Charles Daniel Paul, 32, from Clearwater, was an employee of Pinellas County School District at Belleair Elementary. The reports say Paul was working as the food services manager. Paul is charged with transmitting more than 18,000 images of child pornography.

Police said a search warrant was issued on Thursday. Records show Paul was arrested for transmitting images that demonstrated children being assaulted and raped in a sexual way. The children in the images were not from the elementary school or from the local area.

PORT CHARLOTTE, FLORIDA: According to the reports, a 39-year-old man was arrested Wednesday on charges related to child pornography.

The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office along with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and members of the FBI Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force searched an apartment at 191 Date Street in Port Charlotte. The report says authorities discovered more than 400 pictures and 40 videos of child pornography on Brendon Boule’s phone.

As per the records, various cyber-tips were accounted for to the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children between Aug. 4 to Nov. 2. The reports say multiple child pornography files were uploaded in “FreeChatNow”, an online chat platform.

Authorities said the activity was traced and it was from Boule’s apartment at 191 Date Street.

Charlotte County Sheriff Bill Prummell said, “Our partnership with the Fort Myers FBI Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force plays a crucial role in the protection of our children. Each and every case is investigated exhaustively, with the end goal of getting predators off the street and behind bars where they belong.”

The reports say Boule was booked into the Charlotte County Jail. Boule is facing charges of transmission of child pornography, possession of child pornography, and violation of probation stemming from a 2002 arrest also related to crimes against children.

Boule is being held with no bond.

The 22-year-old Gavin Brannon was arrested when a tip was received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Deputies said Brannon was charged in possession of child pornography images.

As per the Pinellas County detectives and the FBI, Brannon molested a victim several times between July 2019 and May 2020. Officials said Brannon was also the suspect in a child porn investigation in Virginia.

The reports say Brannon is facing charges of lewd and lascivious molestation and lewd and lascivious battery. Deputies said Brannon is booked to the Pinellas County Jail.

 

19-year-old man arrested in Kannapolis with van full of guns and explosives

As per the reports, Alexander Hillel Treisman, originally from Washington, was arrested in late May after employees at a bank in Kannapolis, N.C., reported a suspicious white van abandoned in a parking lot. Records show Treisman’s alleged plot against Biden is the reason for him to remain in jail awaiting trial on the child pornography charges.

“Through the windows, KPD officers observed an AR-15 style rifle, a box for a Taurus .380 handgun, a canister of the explosive material Tannerite, and a box of 5.56 caliber ammunition,” a federal judge wrote in a court order last month, referencing testimony from an FBI agent who investigated the case as part of the Joint Terrorism Task Force.

In the investigation, it was found that Treisman allegedly posted a meme on social media on April 15 captioned: “should I kill joe biden?” Along with that internet searches of Treisman between March and May 2020 showed information about Joe Biden’s home address, state gun laws, rifle parts, and night vision goggles.

In addition to that authorities found child pornography on eight electronic devices, along with pictures and posts related to his violent plans.

Police say they found “approximately $509,000 of U.S. currency (believed to be Defendant’s inheritance), books (about survival, bomb-making, improved weapons, and Islam), drawing of swastikas and planes crashing into buildings,” and five more guns in the van outside the bank when he was arrested.

44-year-old man arrested on possession of child pornography in Lake County jail

The Lake County Sherriff’s Office said a 44-year-old man is accused of uploading videos exploiting a child from his employer’s computer. Records show they received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that traced back to an insurance company in Eustis.

Steven Richey, 44, admitted to using the KIK app. In the investigation, authorities found an iPad that had usernames and passwords consistent with their cyber tip. According to the reports, investigators say the two files uploaded in the KIK app clearly contained images and videos depicting child pornography.

In the investigation, it was found that, though the files were uploaded from an IP address relating to the insurance company, the user information pointed them to a home in Leesburg. Investigators found Richey’s business cards that listed his name and were branded with the insurance company’s information.
