According to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, they are investigating a shooting in Cocoa involving their own deputies. One of the victims was an 18-year-old teen.
The reports say the incident happened on Friday morning on Stetson Drive in the College Manor neighborhood. As per the witnesses, two men were confronted by deputies in a driveway and fatally shot.
“When I saw my baby go down, I knew my baby was dead.”, said a woman. As per the woman, her son and another boy hopped into a car coming down the street and the deputies were already following the car.
“I said ‘no don’t shoot them. Please don’t shoot them. My baby is in that car. He just got in there!'” But deputies shot both the men in the car. “I’m not going to stop until I get justice,” the mother said.
The investigation is ongoing. No more details have been released. Stay Updated!

Why write a “news” piece before you have any “news?”
The things i would like to know is , what were they doing and why were they running from the cops? If they had a gun then the cops had every right to open fire on them. I feel for the mom that lost her son. However, if he was doing something he shouldn’t have been doing then i have no sympathy. All lives matter but when you run from the cops cause you’ve been caught doing criminal activity and have a weapon that could lead to more being shot at. First, Know why your son was there in the first place? Second, know why your son got into a car that was clearly running from the cops? Getting those answers first should be more important then wanting justice done on the cop that may have had no choice but to open fire. Just saying.
Read the article and go to news clippings. 2 unarmed teens hopped in a car that police was already following. That’s why the parent was yelling don’t shoot her baby had just got in the car
First of all the article clearly says he just got into the car, “He just got in there!’”. Second what makes you say they are running from the cops? There was no information for you to say the car was “clearly running from the cops”. Really the only thing said was the cops had already been following them. You’d have a very low IQ to go into a car that was “running from the cops”. You need to go back over the article as well as multiple sources before you just start typing. Have sympathy for the lives lost! If something like this were to happen to anyone in your family you’d want others to do the same, correct? Also you should want justice as well as the answers but justice is what’s most important in situations like this. You shouldn’t have much to say with this little evidence. The only reason why I have so much is because I’m fact checking you. Like I said have sympathy for the lives lost they were pretty much babies.
Also if they were “clearly running from the cops” how’d they have enough time to stop and pick the 18 year old up? Other sources say (because I check mine) they were only down the street. There’s no, “First, Know why your son was there in the first place?” that’s not needed, nor is your two cents! I mean it’s simple logic. You also shouldn’t be telling a family how they need to be handling their legal actions. Telling them that question YOU made up need to be answered before they get justice. That’s none of YOUR situation to speak on!
Kell your an idiot

It’s You Are ~ You’re ~ ?
What if it was a white kid or your child will you still feel the same the news made it clear there was no gun no weapons the officer started shooting because she saw the reverse lights any person who drives know when you go from drive to park you got to go pass reverse to get to park
Where in that Story does it say they weren’t Armed etc?..It does say though and an Investigation is going on and no other Details are available..Did I miss something?
First it says that per witness, the two men were confronted in a driveway. Then states that the parent said they were in a car when shot. So does that mean they were first confronted in the driveway then got in the car or where in the car and got out and confronted in the driveway. Article is very confusing on what actually seems to have happened. No matter the circumstance, a mother lost her son and I can’t imagine what that looks feels like.
Daniel i don’t know what news you read but it definitely was NOT clear about a weapon. Was there one already in the vehicle? Also never stated why vehicle was being followed. You have no facts so why are you spreading rumors about something you know nothing about?

They were in a car, car had holes all over it I live in the neighborhood. The mom was behind them in her car saw her son get shot.
Jumping to conclusions is exactly what the media wants everyone to do. Let’s all wait for the facts. Regardless of the outcome another family has lost a loved one. Let’s wait for Discovery and then let FDLE do their jobs.
