21-year-old St. Cloud man sent lewd photos to 12-year-old girl

ST. CLOUD, Fla.: According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, a man who sent explicit messages to a 12-year-old girl was arrested Tuesday.

As per the Florida Department of Law Enforcement spokeswoman, Gretl Plessinger, a 21-year-old identified as Ryan Austin Belknap, from St. Cloud was arrested on a charge of transmission of material harmful to a minor by an electronic device.

The reports say Belknap sent photos of his genitalia to the 12-year-old girl on Facebook. Records say Belknap also requested the girl to send her naked photos.

Belknap is booked to the Osceola County jail on a $3,500 bond.
