ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA: As per the St. Petersburg Police Department, a man who was delivering construction materials to a Home Depot in St. Petersburg died in an industrial accident.

The reports say the accident took place at the Home Depot, located at 2300 22nd Ave. N around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday.

The delivery man was delivering materials at the back of the store. A load of construction materials fell on. Police said the driver was struck by a load of materials. Records show the victim was not an employee of the store.

Officials have not released the identity of the victim. On the basis of the preliminary investigation made by the police, the incident appears to be an accident.

However, the case is still under investigation. No more details are available at the moment.
