A body was found in a grass fire, At the skyway bridge rest area.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Firefighters discovered a body while putting out a grass fire near the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.

The fire broke out near the north side rest area of the bridge that spans Tampa Bay in St. Petersburg on Wednesday night.

The source of the fire was not revealed, nor was the cause of death of the deceased.

There were no other details provided.

An investigation has begun.
