According to the Tallahassee Police Department, a 31-year-old man who was arrested in September on child porn charges and placed on pretrial release was arrested again on multiple charges including the sexual assault of an underage girl found inside his apartment.

Records show Ryan D. Isbell, 31, was arrested on 10 counts of possession of child pornography and related charges on Sept 2.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children found Isbell uploaded and shared several videos depicting child sexual abuse in April and July in a private chat on Snapchat. Isbell was placed on pretrial release the next day.

While investigating deputies found 71 additional images and videos of child pornography on his desktop computer. Tallahassee police said, “Based on this information, it was reasonable to believe Isbell continued to engage in the possession and transmission of (child sexual abuse material) following his arrest for the same activity”.

Deputies said warrants were issued for Isbell’s arrest on Nov.5 on the basis of materials found in his devices. Deputies said they noticed a girl going into his apartment on Nov 5 and Isbell was arrested just minutes after that.

“She advised this was the third time she had visited Isbell’s home and on the second visit, they engaged in ‘sex,’ ” arrest reports state. “When I attempted to gain further information, the victim stated she wasn’t comfortable talking further. (Her) mother responded to the residence to pick her up.”

Deputies said Isbell was arrested on a host of new charges, including the sexual assault of a victim 16-17 years old and 71 counts of possession of child pornography.
